The campus community may provide comments on academic policies that are under review. The open campus comment period for each policy is three weeks and is separate from the governance review process.
Teaching and Learning: Instructor Responsibilities
Description: Separates the Instructor Responsibilities & Student Responsibilities policy; adds and updates information based on applicable policies and practices.

Description: Provides information about courses and classes necessary for course proposals and class scheduling, as well as information necessary for Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accreditation and other University policies.

Student Academic Complaint Resolution Procedure
Description: Clarifies the process is a procedure and not policy (Board of Regents and University policies are separate); modifies the process based on input by the Teaching and Learning Committee; focuses on the education part of the policy (academic services offices have their own procedures); and provides a complaint form.
